chore: remove deprecated oxlint configuration

Remove oxlint configuration files as oxlint has been deprecated in favor of
ESLint-only linting. This simplifies the linting toolchain and reduces
maintenance overhead.

Files removed:
- .oxlintignore
- .oxlintrc.json
