Bump @socketsecurity/lib from 5.13.0 to 5.15.0. Adds stream option and download response metadata.

Note

Low Risk
Low risk dependency update limited to pnpm-lock.yaml/pnpm-workspace.yaml, but it may subtly change runtime behavior in consumers of @socketsecurity/lib. Main risk is unexpected regressions from the new library version.

Overview
Bumps @socketsecurity/lib from 5.13.0 to 5.15.0 across the monorepo, updating the workspace catalog and lockfile overrides/resolutions.

Updates all lockfile entries that reference @socketsecurity/lib (including transitive usage via @socketsecurity/sdk) to the new version and integrity hash.
