chore(sync): cascade prefer-function-declaration JSON-circular fix

Pick up the iterative-AST-walk implementation from socket-wheelhouse.
The previous JSON.stringify path crashed on oxlint AST nodes with
parent back-references (TypeError: Converting circular structure to
JSON), masking 8 real prefer-function-declaration / export-top-level-
functions findings on this repo's bootstrap script.
