Currently, the t-wise command only allows specifying the t-parameter. In many cases, it is also relevant to only sample over a subset of the variables.

It would be nice to be able to invoke t-wise t 2 v 1 2 3 4 5 6 for example. For a 2-wise sample over the variables 1-6.
