2.0.0 - Command-Centric & Poetry Update

• Now the tool uses Poetry for dependency management and packaging
• Users can interact with the tool with commands instead of CLI
• The RQs were refactored to work with SoMEF 0.9.13
• Tests were updated to match with the new changes
