Could you please tell me how to compile it to an executable file.

Compile your python into exe (use PyInstaller). Modify your main.js to spawn the exe instead of the python script. Do this where you ran the pythonshell. Compile the whole thing into a build, packaging main.js and Python executable into a single distributable .exe.

In other words, click the shortcut launching only the Electron app, the renderer process sends an IPC message to the backend process using the Electron API exposed in preload.js. Electron listens for the IPC message and then uses Node’s child_process module to spawn the executable.
