[Issue]: WorkflowEntry Block not Running Completion Action when Workflow Completes

Describe the Issue in Detail

We just updated from Rock 17.0 to 17.1, and now our Mobile Workflow Entry block does not run the Completion Action "Redirect to Page", nor any completion actions when the workflow completes.
This happens on all workflows, not just forms.

We have not made any changes to the page nor workflow.

Here is our app information:

• Orange App
• Blue App

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click Check-In button on home page
2. Click submit.
3. It will show the completion but the Workflow Entry block will not detect the workflow is complete

Expected Behavior

1. Click Check-In button on home page
2. Click submit.
3. User should be taken to Check-in Confirmation page

@SamehFaragallah You mentioned that the issue started after updating from v17.0 to v17.1. Can you confirm that everything worked as expected in v18.0?
