Per instruction from @StephenHinck, I removed the documentation from the ReadTheDocs site and left a notification on the home page. When you build it, it should look like this:
All sub pages were deleted.
My recommendation is that we keep this status for 3-6 months and then delete the RTD section entirely. This should allow Google to index our main new documentation.
