Enchantments
Enchantments have been completely overhauled in Perfectly Splendid Update 11. The most important change comes from Strategic Enchantments, which limits all tools and gear to certain amount of enchantment points it can hold and assigning each enchantment with said points. For example, a diamond sword can hold 3 points worth of enchantments, so it can hold either Unbreaking (1) + Sharpness (2) or Unbreaking (1) + Silk Touch (1) + Efficiency (1). In general, that means, that most tools and gear can have only 2 enchantments on average, but, depending on enchantments you choose, it can be up to 8 enchantments total on a single piece of gear or tool. Curses can extend your item's enchantability, but are incompatible with each other.
This page was created, because the way it is currently set up, I can't restrict you from applying more enchantments to your tools, than you actually can, if you decide to use the enchanting table. If you attempt to put on more, than you are allowed to, you will simply waste your levels.
As such, here's the list of all enchantment weights, that you can easily look up, before applying to a tool. Note: using an anvil in order to apply enchantments will show you exactly how much weight an enchantment is going to add, which enchantment it would replace if you are going over the limit, etc.
Gear of diamond tier and below have a capacity of 3.
Gear of netherite tier has a capacity of 2.
Gear of magical nature, such as robes and staves, has a capacity of 4.
Gear of anything more powerful, than netherite, such as dragon scale and bedrock, has a capacity of 1.5.
All knives have a capacity of 3, regardless of the material.

Enchanting power is simply not a thing, as every enchantment only has 1 level and is based on the most powerful version of said enchantment.
However, you can still decorate your enchanting room however you like to get the flying particles.
