Update package information and version for csas-authorize

- Changed the homepage URL in debian/control to point to the new repository.
- Updated the version number in debian/tmp/composer.json from 0.1.3 to 0.2.0.
- Refactored the PageBottom class in src/SpojeNet/CSas/Ui/PageBottom.php to enhance footer display, including new author information and a link to the GitHub project.
