So the link no longer exists: http://www.clustal.org/omega/
Trying to find what the replacement should be

Omg I think someone bought the domain... https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC5734385/
The official pubmed link went here, https://www.clustal.org/ which is a people search

Hmm getting closer, but unsure if this is what would help: https://github.com/hybsearch/clustalo or even https://github.com/GSLBiotech/clustal-omega. These seem to at least have the code files, but I can't help but feel a little over my head here.

Fortunately, nothing completely disappears from the internet. You can reach the source code and prebuilt binaries from archive.org
e.g. https://web.archive.org/web/20251211035433/http://www.clustal.org/omega/

Alternatively, you can copy the binary from our previous image. If binaries do not work, using a newer source code would be easier for compilation.
