GitHub status page for 'stackstorm/st2' CI

We've added a GitHub status for stackstorm/st2 building the packages + running e2e tests.

But the status page & build log is missing.
Adding status page will help to identify the problems earlier, instead of time wasting digging into the st2cicd, finding task ID, checking output and re-run if needed.

That all affects productivity in a bad way during the development and it's a gap for OpenSource contributions when people can't see the build failure.

As a community developer it's confusing that the st2 e2e test details are not visible. It also makes it challenging when one of those fails to know what went wrong and how to go about fixing the issue.
