Get-OBSScene : GetSceneList
Gets an array of all scenes in OBS.
Get-OBSScene calls the OBS WebSocket with a request of type GetSceneList.
EXAMPLE 1
Get-OBSSceneIf set, will return the information that would otherwise be sent to OBS.
