This repository contains the second homework project of Statistical Methods in Data Science during the accademic year 2022/2023 master degree in Data Science in Sapienza University of Rome.
The goal of the project is to analyze differences in fMRI (functional magnetic resonance imaging) between subjects with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and Typically Developed (TD) subjects in order to highlight the possible difference that can be analyzed with more focus on medical study.
