Description
On Pixelmon, when your Pokemon finish breeding and you want to collect the egg, you don't simply collect the egg but also take out your Pokemon from the machine, but the mod closes the menu, and sends them to your party/box, making the player go into the PC, collect the Pokemon again, just to them in the Breeding machine again, one by one... Repeating this process over and over again is quite painful, but even more so when you spend hours hatching eggs... So I suggest a feature/change for the Mod.
-When you collect the Egg from the machine, the Pokemon will stay there, so you can simply put them to breed again.
-The menu won't close when you collect the eggs.
-Extra: When pressing shift and clicking on your Pokemon, you quick-send them to the breeding slot, like when you press shift and click on the Pokemon through the PC.
Specifics
I would suggest making the "V" and "X" buttons stay when the breeding is finished, so pressing "V" would collect the eggs and keep the Pokemon there, and pressing "X" would collect everything (Eggs and Pokemon ).
That way, you simply press the "V" button again to start breeding again after collecting the eggs.

Breeding can take a long time in Pixelmon, or any Pokemon game, so it's better to take the process as easy and quick as possible. Spending hours breeding your Pokemon, repeating the same process over and over again shouldn't be THAT painful, so having the Pokemon stay in the machine and be able to put them to breed again would facilitate the process.
