Add the %compilenodraw
As indicated by the description in the kv3, this addon replaces a few tool textures' vmts to contain %compilenodraw. This allows them to be hidden in hammer when the nodraw visibility button is used, which in turn allows a cleaner workflow with less visual clutter. The thumbnail is obviously a placeholder, and can hopefully be redone to a higher standard by someone on the team (aka beau)
