World's first street segment maintained using crypto $$$

Plan was to use Ty's town as a quick use case to do SQUID + SOUQ.

1. Get Ty to use OSC and collect a few track ids that cover entire Town.
2. @dmarulli can then run our pipeline and provide that data back to Ty (SQUID data)
3. Ty can use this SQUID data to create a SOUQ project for the top-5 worse streets in Ty's town.
4. We can fund the accounts for these projects and submit to Ty's city's public works to fix
