There's a bug where the audio settings are not taken into account when encoding another file.
For example, I encode the first file and choose to convert the audio track from AC3 192kb to AAC 96kb.
It works for the first file, the resulting encoded file has the correct values.
Now if I close the "completed" menu, and then choose another file (while keeping the same video/audio settings), then press "encode", the converted audio settings in this second completed file are not the ones I've choosen in the options.
It's like it reverted the audio settings to default (copying the original audio track instead of converting it).
