IDbSubSonicQueryProvider ensure compatibility with OData

As a developer, the query provider implemented for subsonic must work with the odata queryable.

waiting on Add interface to create ODataQueryOptions via a mock framework. it is apart of the vNext Milestone.

$filter and $orderby have been simulated by unit testing

this is an ongoing issue and will remain until we can for sure state that OData/WebApi is fully supported against the SubSonic Query Provider.
