Indicate already downloaded training data

Would be possible to add on Settings page under Tesseract Data which training data is available aka was already downloaded?

This way users would know what training data they have available to use.

I am in the process of rewriting the entire codebase using Jetpack and kotlin at the kotlin branch and this is already fixed and will be available soon.
