The expand layers list was transitioned from custom code to being within a popover component (Much easier to handle user input and UI)
The settings panel was improved, using a tree list structure, rather than a bunch of checkboxes. This means group layers will show up properly.
No breaking changes, existing configs should still work without settings updates.
