I have N UPSes and decided to attach a dedicated hardware monitor to each one. Each monitor is a raspberry pi with a serial or usb connection to a single UPS AND a dedicated raspberry pi backup battery which is also exposed to upsd, to allow for getting the status of the real UPS even when it has shut itself down.
Each pi has its own host name. Each UPS and pi battery also have unique names. So between unique upsd.conf device names + unique hostnames, every device is addressable completely distinctly through upsc.
The problem is that in the Topology view, each of the real UPSes appear as their own unique 'UPS Device' box, but for some reason all of the pi batteries are showing up as a single 'UPS Device' box with multiple names shown in the box and a single battery meter. That single 'UPS Device' box has multiple 'Data line' lines coming out of it that do connect to the different 'NUT Server' boxes.
How do I get this to not work that way - I expect each of the batteries to appear as its own 'UPS Device'
