It's apparent on facets but not codelists.

Maybe we could use the indeterminate checkbox state on ancestors of selected codes - this would fit into the UI easily but it's not always clear what this means (or what we should expect clicking it to). It also wouldn't help when the ancestor was also selected.

We could add a label or icon to the ancestor nodes... needs thinking about!
