That probe is complete: a dual-independent verification under an independence guard (security-engineer primary probe + test-engineer faithfulness verifier, each verdict locked before cross-reading) found the installed v4.4.44 binding (== merge commit
b01639d5) sound and complete on the probed surface — every privileged-flag bypass (added-privilege, target-redirect, force-push-bypass, dropped-constraint) REFUSES across both arms, faithful re-exec AUTHORIZES, and every REFUSE is proven non-vacuous (denylist-pop FLIP + faithful-with-flag AUTHORIZE + token-consumed). Completeness bounded by an 11/11 CLI-spelling sweep incl. the-dRcluster. Zero under-blocks.#1042 is already CLOSED (completed) via the live-probe gate; this PR records the durable run-log only. No auto-close keyword used.
