test(core): add TechStackDetector module coverage

Port #503 TechStackDetector coverage onto current main, replace the stale .aios-core test import with .aiox-core resolution, and validate database/frontend/backend/TypeScript/tests/confidence/summary/detect behavior. Validated with target Jest, lint, typecheck, diff check, full local Jest, and green GitHub checks.
