This is ready, and can be merged if release is imminent, but it would be a good idea to add NRT annotations to the Lua libraries first. In its current form, ~250 functions gain '?'s but the real number is probably much lower.
Thanks again to @kalimag for figuring out how to read NRT metadata, which this relies on (or would if the metadata existed :P).
