opengl issue

Issue

opengl isn't working at all on latest desmume nightly, which is an issue in itself

You can see there that is attempting to change the core but isn't changing anything overall or initializing anything at all.
This other image from older version shows what it should do

so it isn't an issue on my end if someone wanted to claim that.
