Attempting to build the latest git or 2.6.6 will fail

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Clone fceux or unzip from the 2.6.6 release
2. Try to build with cmake
3. See error

Expected behavior
Expect the build to complete

• Version of FCEUX used (QT or non-QT): QT, latest master source and 2.6.6 release
