Scripts for Reduced Startup Time not able to restart a container

When a container is restarted with these set of scripts it generates an issue because it tries to create the same folders like /tmp/tmp... and unzip the EAR and it fails because the path already exists.

@alexandrev Although that error is seen , the container got restarted successfully for me.

@alexandrev this is related to #25. We have to port that fix here. You could meanwhile port it for your local environment and try again.
