ENVO - Missing GitHub Panel function (moved from ols4, #115)

Describe the bug
GitHub Panel function is not working with ENVO ontology, although the URL for issue tracker is correct: https://github.com/EnvironmentOntology/envo/issues/
Error reproduces with different logins (Oliver, Anette, myself)

Expected behavior
Issues should be displayed in GitHub Panel function as ENVO is maintained via Git
