Current behavior

Although the 13.4 documentation correctly states in a information box that "Starting with TYPO3 version 13.0 user TSconfig from Configuration/user.tsconfig is automatically included." the 12.4 documentation also contains information about Configuration/user.tsconfig - but the inclusion of that file is only done in >= TYPO3 v13 and not in TYPO3 v12

Expected behavior/output

The 12.4 docs should not contain information about a feature that is only available in TYPO3 >= 13.

Possible Solution

Mention of Configuration/user.tsconfig should be removed from the v12.4 docs as the feature is not available there.
