Update recommended model to use with Tabby

Additional context
This list is severely outdated. for chat it might be easy to find what model is currently the best but not so much for code completion. Please update documentation indicating that the leader board is from 2024 and how/where to find information on the current best model to use for Tabby.

Are you guys using Tabby with a specific model from that leaderboard? We switched to StarCoder2 15B a few months back and it's been a game changer for our code completion tasks. The thing is, leaderboards can get outdated fast, so maybe instead of updating the doc with a specific model, we could just link to the Hugging Face model hub or some other aggregator that keeps track of the latest models? That way, users can find the best model for their use case. We actually did something similar with our RAG pipeline and it's worked out pretty well.
