Angular Doc Context Provider Crawls Outdated URL

When I try to add Angular.js docs as context, I can see the following job log

When I check https://angular.io/docs, I see a message telling me that this is archived documentation for Angular v17 and that I should refer to https://angular.dev/. The current version is v21, though.

Updating this would require a change in ee/tabby-webserver/src/service/preset_web_documents_data.rs, but I can't create a pull request due to the contributor license agreement. I would need clearance from my company.
