[Feat]: Collapse individual elements in a notebook cell

🚀 Feature Proposal

Right now, you can only collapse notebook cells as a whole. It would be great to be able to collapse each area within a cell individually (in addition to a master collapse) and remember that state across sessions.

Motivation

This would help avoid a lot of visual clutter between the query, the results and the visualisation, especially if you care mostly about the chart view.

It lets you pick and chose how much detail you want to see upfront and also lets you create more streamlined notebooks with a bit more of a 'dashboard' feel.

Implemented in #399. You can now collapse the query, results and chart areas of a cell independently, on top of collapsing the whole cell, and the state is remembered across sessions. Charts also keep their visibility now instead of resetting on reload.

This will ship in the next release.
