Removes GeoServer extension dependencies from the Tailormap Data GeoServer WAR-overlay build, aligning the packaged GeoServer with the newer /extract-based approach for attribute extraction.
Changes:
- Removed
gs-geopkg-output-wfs,gs-excel-wfs, andgs-dxf-coreextension dependencies from the GeoServer Maven overlay.
Removed several dependencies related to GeoServer extensions, no longer needed because we haver the `/extract` endpoint now
