Privacy Policy for ImageMerge

Effective date: 2026-04-10

This Privacy Policy explains how ImageMerge handles user data.

1) Overview

ImageMerge is a local desktop application for merging and organizing images/videos. By default, processing happens on your device.

2) Data Collection

ImageMerge does not collect, sell, rent, or share personal data for advertising.

ImageMerge does not require user accounts.

ImageMerge does not include analytics, telemetry, or tracking SDKs.

3) Data Processed on Your Device

To perform core features, ImageMerge reads and writes files/folders that you choose.

Typical local processing includes:

  • Reading file names and file contents to compute SHA-256 for duplicate detection
  • Copying/moving/deleting files according to selected mode
  • Renaming output files using your selected naming options

This data remains on your device unless you explicitly export/share files yourself.

4) Network Access

The application itself is designed to run offline for normal use.

No in-app user-content upload is performed by ImageMerge.

Note: Build/release tooling used by developers (for example, code signing timestamp during build) is separate from end-user runtime behavior.

5) Permissions

Any file access is limited to folders/files you select and operating-system permissions you grant.

6) Third-Party Services

ImageMerge does not embed third-party analytics or ad networks in runtime.

If you download ImageMerge from app stores or package repositories, those platforms may process data under their own privacy terms.

7) Children’s Privacy

ImageMerge is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8) Data Security

Because processing is local by design, your file privacy primarily depends on your device security, account permissions, and backup/storage practices.

9) Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated over time. Updates will be reflected by changing the effective date above.

เอกสารนี้อธิบายว่า ImageMerge จัดการข้อมูลผู้ใช้อย่างไร

1) ภาพรวม

ImageMerge เป็นแอปเดสก์ท็อปที่ทำงานบนเครื่องของผู้ใช้เพื่อรวมและจัดระเบียบรูปภาพ/วิดีโอ

2) การเก็บข้อมูล

ImageMerge ไม่เก็บรวบรวม ไม่ขาย ไม่ให้เช่า และไม่แชร์ ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเพื่อโฆษณา

ImageMerge ไม่ต้องสมัครบัญชีผู้ใช้

ImageMerge ไม่มี ระบบ analytics/telemetry/tracking ในตัวแอปขณะใช้งานปกติ

3) ข้อมูลที่ประมวลผลบนเครื่องผู้ใช้

เพื่อทำงานหลักของแอป ImageMerge จะอ่าน/เขียนไฟล์หรือโฟลเดอร์ที่คุณเลือกเท่านั้น เช่น

  • อ่านชื่อไฟล์และเนื้อหาไฟล์เพื่อคำนวณ SHA-256 สำหรับตรวจไฟล์ซ้ำ
  • คัดลอก/ย้าย/ลบไฟล์ตามโหมดที่คุณเลือก
  • เปลี่ยนชื่อไฟล์ตามรูปแบบที่คุณกำหนด

ข้อมูลดังกล่าวยังคงอยู่บนอุปกรณ์ของคุณ เว้นแต่คุณจะเป็นผู้ส่งออกหรือแชร์ด้วยตนเอง

4) การใช้งานเครือข่าย

การใช้งานปกติของแอปสามารถทำงานแบบออฟไลน์ได้

แอปไม่มีฟังก์ชันอัปโหลดไฟล์ของผู้ใช้จากในแอปโดยอัตโนมัติ

หมายเหตุ: เครื่องมือฝั่งนักพัฒนา (เช่นขั้นตอน build/release) เป็นคนละส่วนกับการทำงานของแอปบนเครื่องผู้ใช้

5) สิทธิ์การเข้าถึง

การเข้าถึงไฟล์ขึ้นกับโฟลเดอร์ที่คุณเลือกและสิทธิ์ระบบปฏิบัติการที่คุณอนุญาต

6) บริการบุคคลที่สาม

ตัวแอปไม่มีการฝังเครือข่ายโฆษณาหรือระบบติดตามผู้ใช้

หากติดตั้งผ่าน store/repository ภายนอก แพลตฟอร์มนั้นอาจมีนโยบายข้อมูลของตนเอง

7) ความเป็นส่วนตัวของเด็ก

แอปนี้ไม่ได้ออกแบบเฉพาะสำหรับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี และไม่มีการเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของเด็กโดยเจตนา

8) ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

เนื่องจากแอปประมวลผลบนเครื่องเป็นหลัก ความปลอดภัยขึ้นกับอุปกรณ์ บัญชีผู้ใช้ และการสำรองข้อมูลของคุณ

9) การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

อาจมีการอัปเดตนโยบายนี้ในอนาคต โดยจะปรับวันที่มีผลไว้ด้านบน
