refactor: Slim /shortest-path page onto the shared graph workspace

Rewrite as thin config (useGraphEditor with weighted + GraphCanvas +
GraphMenu) and remove its per-page menu; Dijkstra/Bellman-Ford dispatch
is the only page-specific logic left.
