fix(i18n): rewrite zh-Hant.json with proper Traditional Chinese (Taiwan)

Problem

The existing zh-Hant.json file was almost entirely written in Simplified
Chinese rather than Traditional Chinese, making it effectively a duplicate
of zh-Hans.json with only a handful of traditional characters mixed in.

Changes

Rewrote zh-Hant.json from scratch using proper Traditional Chinese with
Taiwan-specific wording throughout the entire file, covering all sections:
config, options, entity, entity_component, and services.
Key Taiwan-specific vocabulary applied consistently:
