feat: scale the UI with the window width

• The graph bars are scaled so that the pomodoro + long break time would fill the entire width.
• The information lines with times are stretched to fill the entire width -5 columns margin on either side.

I wish I was more disciplined and used the timer more myself, heh.

Perhaps we shall make scaling optional?
I guess I personally like that the lines are more or less aligned with the clock above.
At the same time giving a choice can't hurt.
