1 Input Data Collection

1.1 Soil Moisture Reference Data

European Space Agency Climate Change Initiative (ESA CCI) soil moisture version 7.1

  • Combined (active and passive) soil moisture daily estimates
  • Spatial Resolution = 0.25 degrees
  • File Format = NC
  • Projection = WGS84
  • Time frame = June 26, 2002, to December 31, 2020 (6,764 daily estimates)
