🔧 :: (#0) 앱 버전과 빌드 넘버 갱신

Info.plist의 마케팅 버전과 빌드 넘버를 올려 다음 배포/아카이브 시도 기준을 맞췄다.

Constraint: Xcode archive 시 표시되는 앱 버전/빌드 정보는 Info.plist 값과 일치해야 한다
Rejected: 버전은 유지하고 빌드만 증가 | 사용자 요청이 버전과 빌드 둘 다 올리는 것이었음
