VS1 special case of additive identity/inverse

The additive identity/inverse properties don't fit in the same mold as the other six. In particular, I think our VS1 assessment often fails to check student understanding of those two properties (and I think there's very little variation in the problems that do). I lack a fix offhand, but wanted to document it here.
