everything was normal until i noticed that i cant continue my runs like if i leave i cant press it again so i tried to uninstall repentogon ,repair,go to unstable versions,but still didnt work tried to unsubscribe all my mods still failure and its always closes with black screen instanly with error "this application requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way

well before i it said "low level error" but i fix it by running launcher as administrator ,and i tried to disable all mods still failure ,ill send all log files

well as i remember i deleted program with it idk why it was still in tboi but it worked normally even wth it

the only controller stuff i have is ps4 and ps5 they almost always unplugged

Based on your original message it seems like you originally just had some issues with continuing runs in progress, and while attempting to fix that you somehow ended up unable to start the game at all. It is possible that somewhere along the line something got messed up.

Try this out and see if it helps:

1. Close the launcher if it is open
2. Verify/repair Isaac's installation with Steam (https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/0C48-FCBD-DA71-93EB) - If this starts downloading files wait for it to finish!
3. In the repentogon launcher, got to "Update/Repair Installation" and select "Re-install/Repair REPENTOGON"

Hopefully you can get back to your previous stable state

Did you apply any language patch or exe patch of any kind of stuff to your game lately?, did you mangle with the game files in any way when trying to fix your previous issue?. Sadly that dump doesnt provide much info, but due to the crash you are getting and where its happening, I dont see any other possibility than some file being corrupted or something going wrong in the game's side of things. Does vanilla even work rn?
