Error message when opening TBOI with Repentogon

I'm having this error message everytime I try opening TBOI using Repentogon (" TBOI: Rebirth is trying to run with optional parameters"

) I use a bunch other mods aswell and have always played with Rep+. This started happening today, didn't change anything at the options neither did I installed more mods, just started out of nowhere

Say yes to that message and it wont popup again?, it's a steam message, unsure why it would start happening randomly tho, but it usually only happens once.
