Backdrop
As mentioned in the read me, Mica Visual Studio provides four materials to use as the backdrop of any given window:
Mica is a material in Windows that blurs the wallpaper of the desktop while adjusting the position to give a sort of parallax effect. This is the default material used in Mica Visual Studio and in Windows 11.
Tabbed (a.k.a. Mica Alt) is a material whose appearance is similar to that of Mica, just darker. It is usually used behind Mica to provide extra depth like, for example, in a tab bar.
Acrylic is an older material in Windows whose appearance resembles that of its real-life counterpart with the same name: acrylic. It blurs its behinds while adding a noise texture to simulate the frosted-glass appearance of natural acrylic. This is the default material in Windows 10 and sometimes appears in Windows 11 for popups.
Glass is a custom material in Mica Visual Studio that shows its behinds without any blurring, unlike acrylic. Glass does not have any shine effects though, paling in comparison to Aero Glass.
Extra information about these materials (excluding Glass) can be found here: Materials in Windows (learn.microsoft.com). To select the backdrop you use, you can either expand the Tools > Backdrop submenu or navigate to Mica Visual Studio's options.
