One-liner: Ethereum open-source intelligence agent — finds contributor-friendly issues across Lodestar, Lighthouse, alloy-rs, reth, and Geth in real time.

DevScout is an ElizaOS v2 AI agent that lowers the barrier to Ethereum protocol contributions. It scans 5 major Ethereum client repositories for good first issue and help wanted tickets, reports live chain health (gas price, beacon epoch, participation rate), and summarises any GitHub issue with a difficulty estimate and approach hints. All inference runs on Nosana's decentralised GPU network using Qwen3.5-27B-AWQ-4bit. Built with the full ElizaOS v2 plugin architecture: 3 actions, 1 live provider, and a custom character configuration.

The submission form at earn.superteam.fun only has one field: "Link to Video". Everything else (GitHub, deployment URL, description, social post) should be visible in the video itself or its description. Make sure the video shows:
- The live Nosana deployment URL in the browser
- A GitHub link to TechFusionData/agent-challenge on elizaos-challenge branch
- The agent actually responding to at least one scan query
