Some source files have CRLF line endings

Line endings are inconsistent. Some files have LF, some have CRLF.

Git workflow is better using LF internally.

The following C/header files have CRLF:

• src/light_pcapng_ext.c
• src/light_alloc.c
• src/light_io.c
• src/light_pcapng.c
• src/light_option.c
• include/light_pcapng_ext.h
• include/light_special.h

I can make a PR that converts CRLF files to LF.

Do you want anything in particular in .gitattributes for handling of line endings?
