[Feature Request] Ability to use External Authentication Providers for Users (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, etc.)

A lot of tooling in different applications have the mechanism to utilize OpenID Connect and OAuth2 or external authentication providers.

This is not currently doable with Technitium DNS Server for "Users", but would be a nice way to use centralized authentication controls with a centralized IdP that supports OIDC and such.

(I can provide a general idea of how this would work but code implementation would be beyond me as I'm not .NET fluent)
