Somehow it got turned back on (set to true) .. and TZ is also seemingly not right..

other than AAAA Filter, is that the best option for dealing with AAAA's on ipv4 networks?

If I put dnsdist in front, even without cache I don't get the same statistics..

Looking to deal with AAAA as efficiently as possible..

Thanks for the post. However, due do no context being available, its not clear what the issue is. Please describe what is the issue with AAAA records and the Drop Requests app.

with the Drop App enabled and AAAA being dropped.. do you see the radical difference in the quantity of requests?

So with AAAA disabled, you will incur (almost 100% 700k -> 3k) more requests (for some reason..)

More of a noticing than a problem, I guess..

Thanks for the details. This is expected since clients would retry AAAA request since they didn't receive any response.
