Add PocketId icon

Before submitting a new icon request, please confirm the following:

• I have searched all issues to make sure there isn't a request for this icon.
• I have searched the current library to make sure the icon doesn't already exist.
• I understand that brand icons are no longer being added and I can use SimpleIcons for my brand icon needs.
• I only intend to request a single icon (or a few near-identical ones) in this issue.

What would you use this icon for?

Please add the pocketID icon to MDI. PocketID is a very popular free OSS implementation of OIDC and starts being used in a wide variety of websites where "login with PocketID" buttons must be added.

Give us an example of what this icon might look like.

Would this fall under the category of brand icons?

PocketId is open source, licensed under bsd, I didn't see any copyright and it's not registered at uspto so it doesn't match the definition of brand for me. However, there is a brand registered at euipo but with a totally different logo so I don't know if it's the same
